In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the DoD is modifying and reissuing a current system of records titled, "DON Child and Youth Program," NM01754-3. This system of records was originally established to verify children's health and immunization status, determine program eligibility for children and families, and support childcare programs designed to meet their needs. This system of records notice (SORN) is being updated to align with current cybersecurity policies, guidelines, and regulations. These updates include incorporating the DoD standard routine uses (A through J) and expanding the information collection authority and purpose. These changes ensure the Navy and Marine Corps Child and Youth Program can maintain accurate family and staff records for reporting. Lastly, the DoD is also modifying additional sections to improve clarity and reflect changes.

PHMSA is amending the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) to incorporate by reference and authorize the use of the 2015 edition of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section XII--Rules for Construction and Continued Service of Transport Tanks for the construction and continued service of certain specification cargo tank motor vehicles (CTMVs), cryogenic portable tanks, and multi-unit tank car tanks. PHMSA is also amending the HMR to incorporate by reference and authorize the use of the 2015 edition of the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors National Board Inspection Code, Parts 2 and 3 (including Supplement 6) as it applies to the continued service of transport packagings constructed to ASME Section XII standards, as well as for existing CTMVs constructed in accordance with ASME requirements and the HMR. PHMSA finds these updates will result in cost savings and increased regulatory flexibility without compromising safety.

As required by the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars A-108 and A-130, the Peace Corps Office of Planning and Performance (OPP) is issuing a public notice of its new system of records Peace Corps Customer Relationship Management (Agency CRM) System of Records "("PC 38"). The Office of Planning and Performance (OPP) manage and utilizes a management database system to monitor, track, and analyze all interactions with prospective and current Peace Corps applicants from the time they visit the agency website, its social media pages, apply for volunteer service and their volunteer activity throughout their volunteer service. This system of records contains information on members of the public who become leads and visit the Peace Corps websites, social media pages and apply to become applicants as well as those who are current volunteers and through completion of volunteer service.

FAA proposes to raise the altitudes at which a pilot is required to don an oxygen mask for commuter and on demand operations, as directed by the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024, and revise the pilot oxygen mask requirements applicable to general aviation operations in pressurized aircraft. The proposed amendments would allow the operation of airplanes at higher altitudes without requiring at least one pilot at the controls to wear and use an oxygen mask. If adopted, these proposed changes would reduce regulatory and economic burdens on operators by changing certain requirements pertaining to pilots' use of oxygen masks.

Consistent with Executive Order 14300, "Ordering the Reform of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission," the NRC is conducting a review and wholesale revision of its regulations. This proposed rule primarily aims to provide regulatory enhancements for reactor licensing, decommissioning, and operational oversight and is one effort in the NRC's activities to address the direction in section 5 of Executive Order 14300.
