This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. The purpose of this notice is to communicate the agency's intent to request renewal of the clearance for IMLS's Native American Library Services Enhancement Grant Program (NAE), a discretionary grant program designed to assist Native American libraries in improving core library services for their communities. In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is modifying an existing system of records maintained by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) within HHS' Administration for Children and Families (ACF), System No. 09-80-0321, ORR Unaccompanied Children Bureau (UCB) Administrative Program Records. The system of records covers records about unaccompanied children, their intended sponsors, and members of the intended sponsors' households, used in administering ORR programs that provide for the children's care and placement. This modification includes changing the system of records name to "ORR Unaccompanied Alien Children Bureau (UACB) Administrative Program Records" and streamlining certain routine uses to enhance information sharing capabilities for child protection purposes while maintaining core privacy protections.

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all The Boeing Company Model 777-200, -200LR, -300, -300ER, and 777F series airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report of an overheated alternating current motor pump (ACMP) that caused a fire in the main landing gear (MLG) wheel well. This AD requires a records check or inspection for any installed ACMP with a certain part number and applicable on-condition actions. This AD also prohibits the installation of affected parts. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

PHMSA is amending the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) to incorporate by reference and authorize the use of the 2015 edition of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section XII--Rules for Construction and Continued Service of Transport Tanks for the construction and continued service of certain specification cargo tank motor vehicles (CTMVs), cryogenic portable tanks, and multi-unit tank car tanks. PHMSA is also amending the HMR to incorporate by reference and authorize the use of the 2015 edition of the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors National Board Inspection Code, Parts 2 and 3 (including Supplement 6) as it applies to the continued service of transport packagings constructed to ASME Section XII standards, as well as for existing CTMVs constructed in accordance with ASME requirements and the HMR. PHMSA finds these updates will result in cost savings and increased regulatory flexibility without compromising safety.
