The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-792 and 731-TA-1786-1788 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of tin mill products from China, Taiwan, and Turkey, provided for in subheadings 7210.11.00, 7210.12.00, 7210.50.00, 7212.10.00, 7212.50.00, if of non-alloy steel and under HTSUS subheadings 7225.99.00, and 7226.99.01 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce ("Commerce") to be subsidized and sold at less-than-fair-value. Commerce's preliminary determinations with respect to tin mill products from Taiwan and Turkey, alleged to be sold in the United States at less-than-fair- value, are pending.

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is maintaining the 89.0 percent minimum maturity ratio for SBA Standard Pools and Weighted-Average Coupon (WAC) Pools. The minimum maturity ratio is a pool-formation characteristic intended to support the estimated cost of SBA's timely payment guaranty for newly formed pools of SBA-guaranteed portions of 7(a) loans. SBA will incorporate this notice, as appropriate, into the SBA Secondary Market Program Guide and other applicable SBA Secondary Market program materials.

MARAD already maintains an active information collection under the Office of Management and Budget Information Collection Number 2133-0027 that would provide for all contemplated revisions to the CCF program regulations.

The Section 184 Indian Housing Loan Guarantee Program ("Section 184 Program") operates using a combination of funds annually appropriated by Congress and fees. Consistent with other HUD loan guarantee programs, to ensure that the program is self-sustaining, HUD is increasing fees charged under the program. HUD is increasing the upfront loan guarantee fee for all new Section 184 Firm Commitments, including refinances, from 1.00 to 1.50 percent, effective October 1, 2026. HUD is increasing the upfront loan guarantee fee for all new Section 184 Skilled Workers Demonstration Program Firm Commitments, from 0 to 1.00 percent, effective October 1, 2026. The Annual Loan Guarantee Fee will remain at zero for all Section 184 loans.

Pleasant City, Pleasant Creek Irrigation Company, and Twin Creek Irrigation Company, is rescinding the Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Pleasant Creek Supplemental Watershed Plan in Sanpete County, Utah, which was published in the Federal Register on May 8, 2024. NRCS has determined that the NOI was issued prior to confirming viable alternatives and need for an EIS.
